She has twice been named as one of the top two Producers, is active in key networking groups and is certified as a Master Negotiator in residential real estate.
Patricia brings strong negotiating and marketing skills to her real estate career from her previous corporate background as Vice President of Advertising for Macworld magazine. There, she was responsible for over $30 million in annual revenue and negotiated multi-year contracts with companies that included Microsoft, Intel and Apple Computer, working closely with them to formulate their marketing strategies.
Patricia excels in applying these marketing and negotiating skills on behalf of her clients. This is particularly beneficial in realizing maximum value for her sellers’ properties as well as an asset to her buyers in multiple offer situations.
